These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms and Conditions”) indicate the rights, obligations and limitations that apply to you as a user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) when accessing our website www.wathan.live (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) and all the services offered through it (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

2.2. Access to and/or use of the Site implies acceptance with immediate effect of the General Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto, without prejudice to any specific contractual conditions that may apply.

3. Availability of the Website

3.1. SRL Wathan reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue, at any time, any feature of the Site, including the availability of any functionality, database and/or content.

3.2. Wathan S.P.R.L. shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination or permanent or temporary suspension of all or any part of the Site.

4. Limitations of Liability

4.1. The information contained in this Site is as accurate as possible and the Site is periodically updated but may contain inaccuracies, omissions or gaps.

4.2. If the User notices a gap, error or what appears to be a malfunction, he/she may report it to SRL Wathan by describing the problem as precisely as possible (problematic page, type of computer and browser used, …) at the email address jo@wathan.live.

4.3. As a result, SRL Wathan cannot be held responsible for any damage to the User’s computer or loss of data resulting from the download.

4.4. The Site contains hyperlinks to other sites. SRL Wathan cannot guarantee that these websites apply a privacy policy that complies with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data. 5. Confidentiality of information exchanged and personal data – Cookies

5.1. The personal data that the User communicates when contacting us or requesting information will only be processed by SRL Wathan in order to respond to the User’s request. The User’s personal data will not be passed on to third parties without the User’s consent.

Personal data will only be passed on to the staff responsible for processing the request.

The data may be communicated to persons outside SRL Wathan when necessary for the processing of the User’s request.

If the User refuses to provide certain essential data, SRL Wathan may not be able to process the request.

7. Applicable law and competent courts

7.2. The Courts of Namur shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
